The Night Before Christmas, Anonymous Watercolor

I love the movement and ‘camera angle’ on this illustration of the Father Christmas in his sleigh, with his reindeer.  It is supposed to be an illustration of the famous poem, The Night Before Christmas, but doesn’t agree with a significant detail, the sleigh should be on the roof when the man looks out of his window. I’m guessing the artist wanted to get this angle on the sleigh as a focal point and so decided to bend the details. Hope you enjoy my coloring page version of the illustration!
